EFT Cancellation Policy: Your EFT can be cancelled at any time by simply providing us with a note in writing by the 15th of the month in order for it to be in effect the following month.
We do not accept cancellations via phone, fax or e-mail. Send cancellation notice to 4860 W. El Camino del Cerro, 85745 or come to class to fill out the appropriate form. Forms are available at the registration counter.
